Community
Section titled “Community”Community (/Community) is the shared feed and the entry point into teams you
belong to. The standalone /Feed URL redirects here.

Section titled “Direct messages”Messages (/Messages) holds one-to-one conversations. Open a thread to reply. If
someone sends a message request, you can Accept or Decline before the chat
unlocks.

Profiles and follows
Section titled “Profiles and follows”- Your profile (
/UserProfile) — public-facing profile, including optional social links (Instagram and similar are profile fields, not messaging channels). - People you follow (
/MyFollows).
Teams as a member
Section titled “Teams as a member”Use Teams (/Teams) to join or create a team. Creating teams is limited by your
plan (1 / 3 / 5 owned teams on Free / PRO / ELITE). Coaching-side invites and the
Clients roster are covered in Invites and trainees.
